Are you fascinated by reptiles and amphibians? Do owls interest you? The ICC is thrilled to offer our “Animal Researcher Camp” to children ages 6-16. Campers will explore what makes reptiles and amphibians similar and different. Investigate reptile and amphibian life cycles and learn how their unique adaptations contribute to their survival. Campers will also learn about owl adaptations by exploring owl skulls, talons, eggs and more. Campers will play games illustrating how these raptors survive and thrive in the food web. Our campers will be learning indoors and out with opportunities to observe some live specimens.
This camp week will be a wicked good time. We recommend that campers bring a backpack, water or juice and some healthy snacks. Register early as space is limited.
