Thank you for considering the Islesboro Community Center (ICC) for your private event.  Located at the crossroads of the island, the ICC is a unique setting for any social or business occasion, from intimate gatherings to festive celebrations. The Islesboro Community Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to sustaining the island community. Your rental of the ICC’s facilities supports our efforts to provide outstanding recreational and educational programs for all ages.

COMMUNITY HALL

The Community Hall dates back to 1860. Built originally as the island’s hub for all social activity, the structure has been renovated and has become a part of the new Islesboro Community Center facility, established 2009.  The space can host large groups for social occasions, concerts, and more.

Note: The permitted capacity in the Hall is 230 people*. Due to fire safety code, you may not have more people than capacity allows in each room.

* We limit seated events (i.e. receptions, dinner events,etc.) to a maximum of 125 people.

 

CONFERENCE ROOM

The Conference Room is perfect for business and community meetings.  With WiFi capability and seating for up to 30, the Conference Room is a private and comfortable area perfect for your meeting needs. The capacity in the conference room is 35 people.

 

DIRECTIONS

The Islesboro Community Center is located on scenic Islesboro, 20 minutes off the coast of Lincolnville Beach, between Camden and Belfast.

Directions from points South: Take I-295 north to Brunswick and continue north on Route 1 through Camden. Follow Route 1 to Lincolnville, turn right and board the ferry. Disembark the ferry, follow the Ferry Road to Mill Creek, turn right and continue to the corner of Mill Creek and Pendleton Point Roads.

Directions from points North: Take Route 1 south through Belfast to Lincolnville. Turn left and board the ferry.

Disembark the ferry, follow the Ferry Road to Mill Creek, turn right and continue to the corner of Mill Creek and Pendleton Point Roads.
