Whaleback Oysters and Cider
Oysters grown between Warren and Spruce islands, full of bracing brine and rich umami flavor, the essence of Islesboro's ocean waters.
After a long delay while waiting for the arrival of our first child, we're happy to bring Birch Point oysters back to the Islesboro farmer's market. Weather permitting (it can be a harrowing trip from Lincolnville Beach in our little 14' skiff if conditions are rough), they will be available weekly by the dozen.
A variety of hard ciders crafted from wild coastal Maine apples, including a special blend made exclusively from Islesboro apples, to be released mid-summer 2020. To learn more visit whalebackcider.com
